GTM & Strategy – French‑Speaking Commercial Role

About the role

THEKER is looking for a French‑speaking professional to join its commercial team in Barcelona. You will own the end‑to‑end relationship with French‑language clients, guiding them from the first conversation through contract signing for complex robotic deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify French‑speaking prospects across multiple industries.
• Lead commercial conversations in French with senior decision‑makers, including C‑suite and operational directors.
• Adapt and co‑create sales materials in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Structure business cases for high‑value, long‑cycle deals and support clients in evaluating ROI.
• Work closely with the founding team, taking ownership of accounts and commercial experiments from day one.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French with strong professional English.
• 2‑4 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) or in enterprise B2B sales of complex, high‑value solutions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and senior operational leaders.
• Comfort with long sales cycles and seven‑figure deals.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Barcelona or relocate.
