Head of Communication

About the role

Leadtech Group is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Communication to shape and execute both internal and external communication programmes across its 900‑employee organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a small, multidisciplinary team while acting as the guardian of the corporate narrative during a critical partial‑sale process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the internal communications strategy, including intranet, newsletters and all‑hands meetings, ensuring consistent messaging across all business units.
• Lead communications for the partial‑sale (carve‑out) process, managing key messages, timing, channels and uncertainty for affected and unaffected teams.
• Oversee external communications, media relations and corporate branding in partnership with agencies, handling press releases and investor communications.
• Monitor and protect the group’s reputation using social listening tools, and develop crisis‑management protocols.
• Drive employer branding for each group brand, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to align EVP and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with Legal and HR on sensitive communications such as litigation or regulatory matters.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in corporate communications, preferably within a technology or multi‑brand environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
• Experience managing communications during mergers, acquisitions or divestitures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Legal, finance and executive leadership.
