Head of Global Procurement

About the role

Enfinity Global is looking for a Head of Procurement to define, structure and lead the global procurement function as the company scales its renewable energy portfolio across Europe, Asia and the Americas. The role will set a unified procurement strategy, manage a distributed team and work closely with legal, engineering, construction and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global procurement strategy and budget for PV, BESS and HV projects.
• Develop regional EPC contractor and services strategies, balancing full‑service EPC delivery with direct plant material procurement.
• Standardise procurement processes across projects, moving from project‑by‑project management to a scalable operating model.
• Lead contract strategy and negotiations in partnership with Legal, ensuring robust commercial and risk terms.
• Build, organise and lead distributed procurement teams across regions, focusing on people development and enablement.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships with Asset Management, Engineering, Construction and Structured Finance to align procurement with delivery and financing requirements.
• Drive cost management, savings initiatives and supplier relationship management across a global supplier base.
• Provide leadership to regional procurement heads, setting standards, governance and accountability.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading procurement at scale, preferably in renewable energy or large‑CAPEX construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to define procurement strategy and build/scale teams across multiple regions, with US and EU experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPC and commodity procurement for PV, BESS and HV.
