Head of Production

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Head of Production to steer NewMedia Creative Technology Studio’s innovative immersive-event projects from our Madrid headquarters. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of cutting-edge creative-technology productions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the production roadmap for immersive events and installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, technologists, and external partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
• Represent the studio to clients and stakeholders, presenting concepts and progress updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading production teams in a creative-technology or events environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions.
