Head of System Analysis

About the role

BrainRocket is seeking a strategic leader to shape the vision and roadmap for system architecture across its global fintech, iGaming and marketing portfolio. As Head of System Analysis you will drive enterprise modernization, standardise processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for system architecture, IT investments and enterprise modernization.
• Build a standardised framework and processes for system analysis organisation‑wide.
• Lead internal governance, optimise company‑wide processes and ensure efficiency.
• Translate complex business objectives into clear, scalable technical specifications.
• Recruit, mentor and manage two teams of system analysts, business analysts and solution architects (total 12 people).
• Oversee documentation analytics, solution and infrastructure design.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads and external vendors to evaluate and procure enterprise solutions.
• Identify under‑performance in IT systems and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data‑privacy regulations and governance policies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing global system analysis or similar functions.
• Deep understanding of large‑scale enterprise development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and scale technical teams.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management at executive level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Experience using Jira.
• Experience using Confluence.
