Health & Safety Specialist (Prevention Expert)

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Health & Safety Specialist in Madrid. You will manage health and safety risks across Fever's internal operations and the events it promotes and organises worldwide, advising and collaborating with many departments. You report to the Health and Safety Manager and support the core H&S and environmental functions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement health and safety and environmental management systems
• Carry out risk assessments of workspaces and job roles
• Assess and supervise venues and live events
• Track and evaluate corrective and preventive measures
• Perform ergonomic, hygienic and psychosocial risk evaluations
• Review H&S and environmental clauses in supplier and partner contracts
• Analyse legal and ISO (or equivalent) compliance requirements
• Manage contracts with external H&S international providers
• Maintain the quality and environmental management system, use organisational resources properly and segregate waste correctly

Required profile

• Certified as a Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Technician (three specialties)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese or Arabic is a plus
• Full-time availability (start date negotiable) and willingness to visit work sites and venues in Fever markets
