About the role
Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, a global leader in medical gases, is looking for a nurse to join its team in Castilla y León and provide quality home care for patients. The role is centred on coordinating home visits, educating patients about prescribed therapy and following up on treatment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families
- Instruct and educate patients on the use of equipment and prescribed therapy
- Provide personalised attention to resolve questions and issues
- Follow up on therapy and coordinate with the hospital for an excellent service
Required profile
- Degree in Nursing, Physiotherapy or TCAE (Technical Assistant in Health)
- Registered with the professional college
- Category B driving licence
