About the role

Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, a global leader in medical gases, is looking for a nurse to join its team in Castilla y León and provide quality home care. The role coordinates home visits, teaches patients how to use their equipment and therapy, and follows up on treatment in close coordination with the hospital.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families
Instruct and educate patients on the use of equipment and prescribed therapy
Provide personalised attention to resolve questions and issues
Follow up on therapy and coordinate with the hospital for an excellent service

Required profile

Nursing degree (Grado en Enfermería)
Registered nurse (colegiado/a)
Category B driving licence

Annual gross pay between 38,000 and 40,000 euros
