About the role

HARD ROCK CAFE in Catalonia, Spain is looking for a Hospitality Operations Leader to manage its bar, live‑music, and event spaces. The role combines day‑to‑day cafe management with strategic oversight of fresh‑ingredient sourcing, retail operations, and large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
• Lead and develop large, multi‑disciplinary teams across bars, live‑music venues, and event areas.
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and increasing revenue streams.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure fresh ingredients and manage inventory.
• Plan, execute, and supervise special events and live‑music programming.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a multi‑venue environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing large teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
