Hotel Valet – Guest Services at Occidental Cala Viñas

About the role

Join the Barceló Hotel Group as a Valet at the Occidental Cala Viñas resort in Mallorca. You will support the housekeeping team by handling laundry, restocking supplies, and ensuring guest areas are clean and ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Collect the room rack to track departures across the hotel.
• Assist housekeepers in removing dirty laundry from departing rooms.
• Count and receive clean garments from the external laundry service each day.
• Deliver clean laundry to each floor and distribute it appropriately.
• Inspect floors and replenish missing products.
• Remove dirty laundry from departure carts and empty them.
• Prepare twice‑weekly orders of amenities and stationery, signed by the head housekeeper.
• Follow head housekeeper instructions to clean carpets, mirrors, glass, signage, and exterior areas.
• Collect and dispose of waste from each floor in designated locations.
• Perform extra cleaning tasks and organize storage areas as needed.

Required profile

• Medium‑level education (equivalent to high school diploma).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar hotel or housekeeping role.
• Clean, orderly, and reliable personal habits.
