HR Business Partner Internship – Wipes Plant

About the role

Join the Wipes Plant in Mequienza as an HR Business Partner Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, supporting key functions that shape our workplace culture and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and facilitating sessions for new hires.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Research best HR practices and help implement new policies tailored to the manufacturing setting.
• Contribute to employee‑engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback on workplace culture.

Required profile

• Motivated student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing HR environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
