HR Business Partner – Supply Chain

About the role

As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will shape and elevate the people agenda across a multi‑country network of more than 64 plants in 20 countries. Reporting to the Human Resources Director for Central Manufacturing, Customer Service and Supply Chain, you will be part of a dedicated HR team that drives strategic HR initiatives for the supply‑chain business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with supply‑chain leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession for a geographically dispersed operation.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Drive performance‑management processes, including goal setting, reviews and development plans.
• Support organisational design, change‑management and culture‑building initiatives.
• Deliver HR analytics and reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of global HR programs.

Required profile

• Seasoned HR professional with several years of experience in a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices in an international context.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
