HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Acquisition role is based in Seville, Spain, supporting Airbus Defence & Space sites San Pablo and Tablada. The position combines HR business partnership duties with leading talent acquisition for the Southern region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse managers' hiring needs, create job ads, and promote vacancies on appropriate channels.
• Source hard‑to‑fill positions via LinkedIn and other social networks, conduct pre‑selection and final interviews, and evaluate psychometric test results.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and functional customers across divisions.
• Provide HR services to the assigned business unit, advising on people matters and ensuring policy compliance.
• Drive execution of HR plans, monitor HR metrics, and support compensation, benefits, training and recruitment initiatives.
• Participate in local union negotiations and HR improvement projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in other HR disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Project management experience.
