HR Development Trainee (Hybrid, Barcelona)

About the role

Join Revlon's Human Resources team as an HR Development Trainee. You will help manage the company's Internship Program, ensuring a valuable experience for students and recent graduates while gaining hands‑on HR exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process for interns: post opportunities, review CVs, and assist during interviews.
• Coordinate agreements and collaborations with universities and business schools.
• Act as the main point of contact for interns, answering questions, facilitating onboarding, and monitoring their tasks and progress.
• Assist the HR team with talent development initiatives, training activities, and general HR operations.

Required profile

• Motivated students or recent graduates eager to learn and grow in HR.
• Relevant studies such as Psychology (preferably Organizational), Human Resources, Sociology with a business focus, or related fields.
• English proficiency at level B2.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
