HR Generalist – Business Partner for Fashion & Luxury

About the role

The HR Generalist will join the HR department of The Armani Group, supporting both head‑office and store teams across Spain and Portugal. Acting as a key partner, you will help align people, processes and organisational needs with the business objectives of this leading fashion and luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR‑related matters.
• Support day‑to‑day people management, decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Identify people‑related challenges and propose practical, business‑aligned solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and follow‑up.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Oversee training activities in line with headquarters guidelines and assist in implementing local development plans.
• Identify training needs and contribute to talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR business partnering within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding and talent development processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local teams and adapt to a fast‑paced fashion and luxury context.
