HR Generalist

About the role

devicenow is looking for an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle for its operations in Spain. You will act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, including payroll, benefits, leave, and labor law matters.
• Oversee onboarding, contract administration, employee relations, and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll preparation and benefits administration with internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, collective agreements, and internal policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuously improve HR processes.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
