HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle for Toyota Automated Logistics, ensuring compliant, efficient and people‑focused HR operations. Reporting to the HR Director, the role acts as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, delivering consistent HR service across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a monthly presence in Madrid and travel up to 50% for HR activities.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including operational design of onboarding programs and first‑month follow‑up.
• Handle day‑to‑day recruiting: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Support HR administration such as vacation and sick‑leave requests, minor conflict resolution, and communication with managers.
• Provide administrative management of employee exits and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Resolve local HR incidents and act as a liaison between employees and management.
