HR Operations Associate – Norwegian speaking

About the role

As an HR Operations Associate you will support the SAP Managed Payroll Services team, learning the end‑to‑end HR outsourcing processes. You will ensure high‑quality delivery across time management, benefits, pensions, insurance and garnishments while handling simple client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process simple HR service cases and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations Administrators and Specialists when needed.
• Maintain data records in HR systems for benefits, pension, insurance, time tracking and garnishments.
• Manage document handling where client self‑service is not possible.
• Update SOPs, detailed work instructions and guidelines, ensuring regional consistency.
• Communicate with country teams and clients to apply global and local standards.
• Participate in data controls using SAP Payroll Control Centre and integration monitoring tools.
• Adhere to service level agreements and payroll processing deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Minimum 0.5 years experience in an enterprise outsourcing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn payroll processes and develop expertise.
