HR Partner – Fulfillment Center

About the role

Amazon is seeking a recent graduate to join its Human Resources team as an HR Partner for a Fulfillment Center. You will act as the primary HR liaison for Team Leads and Area Managers, helping to create a positive associate experience through engagement initiatives and case management.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR‑related topics.
• Manage low‑risk employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation.
• Implement programs to improve workplace environment and associate engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute hiring, recruiting and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain communication plans with the HR team.
• Lead or support HR projects as assigned.
• Collect and analyse data to provide insights on attrition, attendance, recruitment and engagement.
• Conduct compliance audits applying knowledge of local employee law.

Required profile

• Valid university degree at the start date.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language (CEFR C1).
• Experience in fast‑paced, changing or international environments.
• Stakeholder‑management experience at multiple levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
