HR Specialist 2 - Sourcing and Recruiting

About the role

As a Sourcing and Recruiting Specialist at GE Vernova in Madrid, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers, while partnering closely with hiring teams across the business. You will join a collaborative HR team that brings the right people into the company and supports each other.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and evaluate candidates for roles across the business, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer management and related administrative work
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as their main point of contact
• Share information clearly with internal stakeholders and confirm understanding to keep everyone aligned
• Resolve routine recruitment issues using established procedures, escalating more complex ones to your manager or senior colleagues
• Keep recruitment systems up to date with accurate data entry and administrative work
• Work with HR colleagues to continuously improve how the team sources and selects talent

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience in Human Resources, sourcing or recruiting
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting, gained through education or hands-on work
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organise and execute recruitment programmes
• Preferred: experience documenting and marketing recruitment programmes or processes
• Preferred: comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting or sourcing tools, and experience helping teams adopt new tools or ways of working (preferred)
