HXM Data Integration Consultant (SuccessFactors & SAP HCM)

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for an HXM Data Integration Consultant (SuccessFactors and SAP HCM) to support HR data integration and migration in a hybrid system landscape. Working under the guidance of the lead, the consultant contributes to integration processes while keeping data consistent and reliable across platforms. It is a hands-on role focused on system configuration, testing, data quality assurance and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support data migration: extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation and basic reconciliation
• Configure and maintain BIB artifacts according to the defined design (infotype groups, mappings, transformations, validations)
• Run integration and data tests, collect evidence and document issues; monitor replication jobs and flows and provide first-level troubleshooting
• Support Integration Suite/CPI deployments, health checks and basic configuration updates under guidance
• Run and troubleshoot SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs and support mass imports and basic OData/API validation
• Help with data quality checks using profiling or simple scripts provided by the team
• Work with HR domain experts and functional consultants on data requirements and business rules
• Maintain documentation such as configuration notes, test results and runbooks

Required profile

• Basic technical understanding of SuccessFactors (ideally EC) and HR data concepts (employee lifecycle, org structures)
• Initial exposure to SAP HCM data structures (PA/OM/PT/PY) and hybrid integration concepts
• Some experience with BIB and/or data migration activities
• Familiarity with SF integration options (Integration Center, APIs) at user/operator level
• Awareness of OAuth/SAML authentication and willingness to learn trust and security setup
• Business fluent English (at least B2); German is a plus
