Implementation Consultant RIM

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its Regulatory Information Management (RIM) suite. You will help life‑science customers optimize regulatory data and document management on a cloud‑based platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and design solutions using Veeva Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Submissions Publishing.
• Lead configuration workshops, design, document, prototype and deploy solutions.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Communicate effectively between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technology implementation experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Technical ability to design, configure and implement RIM solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized team player capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

What we offer

• Total compensation range €50,000 – €85,000 per year.
• Potential variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
