Implementation Manager – Customer Support (French, English, Spanish)

About the role

BNP Paribas is looking for an Implementation Manager to join its Trade Finance Service Centre. You will support the digitalisation of Trade Finance customers by delivering eBanking solutions and providing first‑line assistance across the CIB EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end eBanking project delivery: define scope with clients and Relationship Managers, execute implementation, and maintain progress dashboards with weekly reporting.
• Promote eBanking solutions through live demos and functional showcases to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Configure and launch eBanking functionalities, manage contracts, create user accounts, and activate bank‑to‑bank interfaces.
• Provide operational support by resolving client queries, escalating incidents, and handling internal user‑profile requests.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in a CF2 or CF3 profile within banking or Trade Finance.
• Full fluency in English, French and Spanish.
• Rigorous, organised and able to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross‑functional discussions.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of eBanking Trade Finance solutions.
• Understanding of banking and Trade Finance processes.
