In-Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for fitting out shop windows and internal displays according to the Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, ensuring the brand’s image and quality standards are upheld while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Execute fit‑outs within the defined timeframe, following VM department guidelines and maintaining displays daily.
• Assist with fit‑outs in other stores in the same city when required.
• Update the Display APP with photos of any changes to windows or displays.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to select outfits that boost customer traffic and sales.
• Provide store and department managers with product display guidance.
• Report results of fit‑outs to VM and Retail Merchandising teams.
• Support Events, Promotional Activities, Communication/PR, and Client Service teams for special in‑store events and private appointments.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for luxury fashion, art and design.
• International or regional experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, positive, collaborative and able to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
