About the role

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative focused on the French market, based in our new European Sales Hub in Barcelona. You will drive new business by converting high‑intent inbound leads into revenue, selling Airwallex’s payments and financial platform to SME prospects in France.

Key responsibilities

Qualify and discover inbound leads generated through marketing and product channels.
Present tailored solutions, negotiate commercial terms and close deals with French SME customers.
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new clients.
Run targeted follow‑up and re‑engagement cadences to maximise conversion rates.
Collaborate with France sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to achieve predictable revenue growth.

Required profile

Proven experience in B2B inbound sales, preferably within SaaS or FinTech.
Fluent in French and English, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
Motivated by fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and revenue targets.
