Industrial Architecture Engineer

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is looking for an Industrial Architecture Engineer to strengthen its long‑term organisation in Albacete. The role will drive industrial architecture influence, lead the MKIII industrialisation workshare and define the end‑to‑end industrial system strategy for the RF assembly line.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a sustainable organisational structure at AHE to ensure industrial architecture influences design‑to‑manufacture decisions and cost optimisation.
• Lead the MKIII industrialisation workshare, acting as the interface between the MKIII programme and FAL/FL implementation, and coordinate reporting between AHE and the French IPO team.
• Analyse the current AHE industrial setup, deliver a comprehensive E2E Industrial System strategy for the RF assembly line, and provide evaluation models for future programmes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial architecture, preferably within aerospace or helicopter production.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage international stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in modelling, simulation and strategic planning.
