Industrial Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Director to lead and optimise our production and logistics functions. The role ensures efficient plant operations, aligns supply‑chain processes with technical specifications, and drives business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations across production and logistics.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety requirements.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Manage production planning, inventory and distribution to meet delivery targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• More than 10 years of proven experience in operations leadership covering both manufacturing and logistics.
• High‑level proficiency in English.
