Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the role

BIC World is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. The role focuses on ensuring that industrial machinery and production equipment operate safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Conduct equipment inspections, report abnormalities, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Install, adjust, and repair production equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
