Influencer Marketing Specialist (Iberia)

About the role

Olistic is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for the Iberian market to boost brand awareness, community engagement, and business impact across Spain and Portugal. You will lead strategic influencer partnerships, aligning campaigns with our wellness and beauty objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer collaborations in Spain and Portugal.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Design and execute influencer campaigns that support brand goals and market priorities.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and budgets.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and overall campaign logistics.
• Brief creators, ensure content quality and brand alignment.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with PR, social media, brand, paid media, and content teams to amplify impact.
• Stay current on influencer, social media, and beauty & wellness trends in the Iberian market.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese influencer ecosystems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and digital culture.
