Inside Sales Representative – French Market

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative for the French market, you will be the first point of contact for restaurants interested in joining TheFork’s booking platform. You will combine proactive outreach with consultative selling to help restaurants boost their visibility and reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Select target restaurants and initiate contact by phone to introduce TheFork’s products and services.
• Conduct cold‑calls and follow‑up calls, presenting promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, and training & marketing solutions.
• Explain the benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and the wider TheFork network to restaurant owners and managers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring each restaurant is successfully published on TheFork and its affiliate sites.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of telesales or B2B prospecting experience, handling the entire sales cycle.
• Proven experience using a CRM to organise and track a sales pipeline.
• Self‑starter, target‑driven, and passionate about food and technology.
• Strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication, and ability to negotiate short‑term deals.
• Independent, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
