Inside Sales Specialist - French Market

About the role

Beepings is looking for a phone‑confident sales professional to own its French market, the company’s largest territory. You will work from the Barcelona office, handling inbound leads, reactivating dormant resellers and building a robust pipeline for GPS tracking solutions sold through automotive retail networks.

Key responsibilities

• Independent reseller penetration – core of the role
• Calling and converting inbound leads from French marketing campaigns
• Reactivating dormant resellers through structured outreach and first re‑orders
• Maintaining a regular call cadence with active accounts, upselling where possible
• Cold prospecting new car and moto shops outside inbound reach
• Keeping the CRM up‑to‑date with every call and a current pipeline
• Providing day‑to‑day support to field agents
• Ensuring agents visit shops, generate leads and support sell‑out
• Tracking performance and flagging under‑performing agents early
• Onboarding new agents and training them on product and process

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in French (phone‑first)
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with outbound calling (inside sales, telesales or field)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone
• Strong discipline in follow‑up and qualification
• High energy, self‑motivated and competitive mindset
• Nice‑to‑have: working level Spanish and English, automotive/retail background, start‑up mindset

Required skills

• CRM (experience logging every interaction)
• Aircall or equivalent VoIP calling platform
