Interior Architect – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Interior Architect to join our Madrid office. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from small renovations to large‑scale residential, retail and office developments, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan interior spaces for residential, retail and office projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics and optimal space use.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare budget estimates and submit construction applications and other administrative documents.
• Create technical drawings and both basic and executive designs for national and international projects.
• Coordinate and supervise engineers, technicians and other professionals to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Perform site visits to verify compliance with plans, local regulations and design intent.
• Manage client presentations, project budgets and planning, track expenses and ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining clear communication.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture with a focus on Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in interior architecture projects (more than 5 years total professional experience).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience supervising residential and fit‑out projects and coordinating permitting, design, planning and site supervision.
• Strong client‑focused approach and ability to understand project needs.
