Intern Applied AI Engineering / Strategic Consulting (CoE Tiger Team)

About the role

Celonis is looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Tiger Team Member intern in Madrid. The CoE Tiger Team drives the technical execution of solutions that help Value Engineers, Tech Consultants and customers achieve their strategic goals with the Celonis Platform, working with them throughout the customer journey. As an intern you will collaborate with Value Engineering, Sales and Product Management to craft tailored architectures for prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value Engineers to turn client business goals into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable technical assets such as architecture templates and thought leadership materials.
• Act as a technical authority, guiding solution design, performance optimization and security best practices in pre-sales and post-sales.
• Lead mission-critical projects and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, data manipulation, automation or LLM integrations) is a hard requirement.
• Excellent analytical skills, including root cause analysis.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management and prioritization, with meticulous documentation.
• Customer-focused mindset, commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1+).
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 6 months.

Required skills

• Python
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (such as Make/Integromat) or Celonis Action Flows is a strong plus
• Foundational understanding of data analysis, system architecture and basic coding principles
