International Retail Director - North Europe

About the role

Mango, a fashion brand founded in Barcelona and present in over 120 countries, is looking for an International Retail Director for North Europe. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the stores in your region with full ownership of its P&L, driving sales growth, running efficient operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience in line with Mango's standards. The position can be based in any European city within the countries under your responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the stores in your region, including merchandising, buying, pricing and marketing.
• Own the region's P&L and implement Mango's policies and procedures to meet financial, budgetary and operational objectives.
• Drive sales growth across the stores, monitoring performance and acting where needed.
• Oversee controllable expenses, cash management, inventory control and loss prevention.
• Ensure every store meets Mango's standards of appearance and presentation.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction and guarantee an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate and lead your teams, setting clear goals and delegating effectively.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Consolidated experience leading the daily operations of international retail stores.
• Proven track record managing a P&L, including marketing, buying and pricing.
• Experience implementing policies and procedures to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Strong financial and budgetary analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, collaboration, teamwork and results orientation.
