About the role
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to lead the growth of our industrial packaging and service solutions across European markets. Based in Barcelona, you will drive new business development, manage key accounts and contribute to the company’s ambitious expansion plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted European territories.
- Expand and nurture existing client relationships to secure long‑term growth.
- Analyse market potential, prioritize segments and align offerings with customer needs.
- Represent the commercial portfolio, including pricing, product range and trade terms.
- Conduct market research to match solutions with client requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Support sales planning, forecasting and budget management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise overall business performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales or account management, preferably B2B.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working across European markets in an international environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly proactive, results‑driven and commercially minded.
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
