Missions principales

• Support the culinary team in all stages of food preparation, assembly, and plating.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks including washing, cutting, weighing, and portioning ingredients.
• Assist with mise en place to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at all workstations.
• Manage labeling, storage, and rotation of products to ensure freshness.
• Support the reception and proper handling of raw materials and supplies.
• Observe and learn professional cooking techniques and luxury presentation standards.

Profil recherché

• Current student or recent graduate in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or Hospitality Management.
• Passionate about high-end gastronomy and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of discipline, hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, multicultural team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
