iOS & Android Engineer (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

Immfly is looking for a mobile engineer to own the core development of its Crew apps and In‑seat SDK. You will work on both iOS and Android platforms, delivering new features, maintaining existing code, and ensuring high performance for millions of airline passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise scalable features using Swift for iOS and Kotlin + Jetpack for Android.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and QA teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs and third‑party libraries.
• Write clean, testable code following MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
• Develop and review unit tests, participate in technical discussions.
• Monitor app performance with Firebase, Crashlytics and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with mobile best practices and propose improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit, Xcode) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, app architecture, testing and debugging.
• Experience with performance optimisation, local storage and writing scalable code.
• Nice to have: Objective‑C, RxSwift/Combine, CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, mobile security.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven, adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and a team‑player attitude.
• Occasional travel may be required.
