IT Recruiter – Barcelona

About the role

Pixie is looking for an IT Recruiter to join its growing Barcelona team. You will work closely with a Business Development Manager to source and qualify freelance IT consultants for client projects across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage freelance IT talent in areas such as SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.
• Qualify candidates and build a robust talent pool aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to match consultants to project requirements.
• Conduct cold‑calling and information‑gathering activities to expand the candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional experience in IT delivery or recruitment.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Based in Barcelona and eligible to work in the EU.
• Results‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable in a high‑volume, competitive environment.
• Strong sales orientation, resilience and a proactive, go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent negotiation and client‑focused communication skills.
