IT Support N1 – First Level Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support N1 to join our Global Business Development team at Deoleo’s headquarters in Madrid. The role provides first‑level technical assistance to end users, ensuring rapid incident resolution, business continuity and a high‑quality user experience, leveraging modern automation and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote and on‑site user support and resolve IT incidents.
• Manage tickets through a Service Desk tool (log, track, close).
• Support Windows‑based devices and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Assist with mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Perform user and device lifecycle tasks in Active Directory / Azure AD and maintain asset inventory.
• Assign permissions and licenses, and handle basic network issues (connectivity, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Maintain printers and peripherals, install and configure equipment and corporate software.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels when needed.
• Create and update technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and procedures.

Required profile

• Problem‑solving mindset with a strong focus on user satisfaction.
• Service‑quality orientation.
• Higher Vocational Training degree in Networks or a related IT field.

Required skills

• Windows operating system support.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

• Basic networking (VPN, Wi‑Fi connectivity).
