About the role
As an IT Support Specialist at Cint you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues across Europe and for the Barcelona office. You will ensure smooth onboarding by managing hardware provisioning, shipping, and inventory, while delivering remote and on‑site support to keep the global workforce productive.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote and on‑site technical assistance for Windows and macOS devices, networking, and peripheral equipment.
- Lead EU inventory management: track asset stock, coordinate logistics, and ship or retrieve hardware as needed.
- Maintain office infrastructure such as ZoomRooms, printers, and internet connectivity.
- Handle support tickets through Service Cloud, Zendesk or Jira, prioritising requests to meet SLA targets.
- Participate in IT projects, including deployment, configuration and maintenance of network devices and workstations.
- Document incidents, resolutions and create video tutorials for recurring issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical support and systematic troubleshooting.
- Strong interest in IT and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ticketing systems (Service Cloud, Zendesk, Jira).
- IT asset management and logistics coordination.
- ZoomRooms and printer administration.
- Documentation and video tutorial creation.
