IT Support Specialist

About the role

Impress, a fast‑growing AI‑driven HealthTech company, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to become the primary technical point of contact for its European network of orthodontic clinics. You will ensure smooth operation of the company’s digital ecosystem, from hardware troubleshooting to complex system escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1‑3 support for hardware, software, and access requests.
• Administer Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments.
• Own the Joiners‑Movers‑Leavers (JML) lifecycle, handling onboarding/off‑boarding via MDM and automated provisioning.
• Identify bottlenecks in IT workflows and build automated solutions using n8n, Zapier, Make or custom scripts.
• Maintain clear “how‑to” documentation in Confluence for both internal teams and end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing Google Workspace at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency with GAM (Google Apps Manager) for bulk operations.
• Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune or Miradore.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS internals, including log analysis and troubleshooting.
• At least 2 years administering Jira and Confluence, including permission and workflow automation.
