IT Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist at Voicemod, you will ensure that every employee enjoys a reliable, secure and seamless technology experience from day one. Based in Valencia with the option to work remotely one to two days per week, you will act as the primary point of contact for all IT matters, collaborating closely with People, Workspace and Engineering teams as well as external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support via Jira, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues and maintaining clear communication until resolution.
• Own the full onboarding and off‑boarding process: configure devices, create and remove user accounts, assign permissions and ensure new hires are ready to work from day one.
• Manage the IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement, repairs, replacements, disposals and international shipping logistics.
• Maintain an accurate IT inventory, label assets, track assignments and keep the storage area organized.
• Administer SaaS and identity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and 1Password, handling licenses, permissions and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for asset tracking and documentation.
• Proactive attitude toward improving processes and supporting a growing remote workforce.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira ticketing system.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with Slack and 1Password.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting Windows/macOS hardware and software.
