IT Support Specialist – Relocation to Madrid

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join Bending Spoons in Madrid. The role offers the chance to work in a fast‑moving, talent‑dense environment, supporting internal teams and ensuring smooth operation of our office technology while contributing to the integration of newly acquired companies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT assistance, triage and resolve escalated help‑desk tickets, and design automated first‑response workflows.
• Lead the integration of IT stacks from acquired businesses into a unified, secure ecosystem.
• Maintain office infrastructure, including networking, conferencing and access‑control systems, ensuring reliability and security.
• Oversee hardware and software onboarding and off‑boarding, guaranteeing proper provisioning and documentation.
• Support live events by setting up, testing and troubleshooting equipment in real time.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability – can solve complex problems from first principles.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of ownership over work.
• Team‑oriented mindset – willing to help colleagues and share knowledge.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent in the local office language (Spanish, Italian or Polish).
