IT Support Specialist (Tier 1‑3)

About the role

Impress, a fast‑growing AI‑driven orthodontic chain, is looking for a Mid‑Level IT Support Specialist to become the primary technical point of contact for its European operations. You will ensure smooth daily operations of hardware, software, and cloud services while driving automation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1‑3 support, handling hardware issues, access requests, and complex escalations.
• Administer Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments.
• Own the Joiners‑Movers‑Leavers (JML) lifecycle, including MDM provisioning and off‑boarding.
• Identify bottlenecks in IT workflows and build automated solutions using n8n, scripts or low‑code tools.
• Maintain clear “how‑to” documentation in Confluence for both team members and end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years managing Google Workspace at an enterprise level, including proficiency with the GAM tool.
• Experience with device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Miradore.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows and macOS platforms.
• At least 2 years administering Jira and Confluence, including permission and workflow automation.
• Passion for automating repetitive tasks and improving efficiency.
