Jefe de control de inventario

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Inventory Control Lead to own the end‑to‑end inventory reconciliation process for our fast‑growing automotive operation in Barcelona. You will work closely with Procurement, Finance, suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure that system records, physical stock and financial data are perfectly aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and financial reconciliation across Procurement, Consignment and OEM direct material models.
• Execute SAP/WMS transactions such as Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, stock transfers, returns, scrapping and adjustments.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliations with suppliers and contract manufacturers, analyse discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Support cycle counts, annual physical inventory and continuously monitor inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate receiving, warehousing and project material tracking, ensuring proper Proof of Delivery and documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive settlement documentation for audit readiness and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory control and financial reconciliation within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, Finance, suppliers and logistics.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining traceable, compliant records.
