Jefe/a de Partida – Hotel Barcelo Benidorm

About the role

The Head of Partida will lead the kitchen line at Barcelo Benidorm Beach, ensuring efficient preparation, high‑quality culinary output, and strict compliance with food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise raw material and equipment preparation and allocate tasks for optimal workflow.
• Supervise and develop recipes based on menu cycles and food‑handling best practices.
• Direct and oversee assistants and cooks in the preparation of dishes.
• Monitor cleaning, storage, and replenishment of food items for the section.
• Ensure hygienic‑sanitary records and controls are completed accurately.
• Assist with basic receiving, internal storage, and stock replenishment following established procedures.

Required profile

• Higher‑level vocational training in Kitchen Management, Hospitality, or a Tourism degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar kitchen supervisory role.
• High level of English is desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and basic office software.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) certification or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent office tools.
