Junior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support our French‑language operations. You will join a multicultural finance team based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with local administrative groups across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Assist with collections and prepare supplier payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Support local administrative teams on finance‑related tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and aid month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• Degree or higher vocational training in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance or administrative roles.
• Fluent in French and Spanish; English is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and build a long‑term finance career.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural team.
