Junior B2B Content & Copywriter

About the role

Intracon Marketing Solutions is looking for a junior professional to split time between creating B2B content in English and supporting marketing projects. You will join projects from day one, ask strategic questions, and grow your expertise in both copywriting and marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Write B2B copy and content primarily in English (with some Spanish), including LinkedIn posts, email sequences, campaign materials and success stories.
• Enter projects early, gather context on target audience, objectives and positioning, and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Support marketing projects hands‑on: conduct research, edit materials, coordinate content and assist with campaign execution.
• Leverage AI writing tools daily to enhance productivity and quality.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in copywriting, content creation or marketing; agency or B2B tech background is a plus.
• Excellent written English (native or near‑native) and strong Spanish.
• Curiosity about clients’ businesses and a desire to understand the why behind each piece of content.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and eager to learn strategy as well as writing.
