Junior Community Manager

About the role

Spendesk is looking for a Junior Community Manager to help grow and deepen its flagship CFO Connect community. This hands‑on role blends community engagement, content creation, event support, and growth initiatives, reporting to the Community Lead and working closely with marketing and partnership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with community members via Slack, email and social channels, providing support and surfacing insights.
• Assist in planning and executing virtual events and physical meet‑ups in European cities such as Paris, London and Berlin.
• Deliver white‑glove onboarding and ongoing support for CFO Connect Pro members, monitoring satisfaction and maintaining help resources.
• Run growth campaigns to attract new Pro members, manage lead intake, qualification and CRM hygiene, and track funnel metrics.
• Create finance‑focused content (posts, newsletters, event recaps) and translate community signals into a living content roadmap.
• Develop and iterate AI‑powered workflows for content creation, distribution and repurposing.

Required profile

• Passionate about finance and community building, with a strong interest in CFO‑level topics.
• Excellent written communication and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse community data and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
