Junior Consultant – French Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Proserv team and support French payroll processes for outsourced SAP customers. Working under a Proserv Team Manager, you will provide application support, troubleshoot tickets and help ensure payroll solutions meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support consultancy for SAP HR customers.
• Manage simple to medium‑complexity tickets, following functional analysis and technical guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable code and customizations in line with Strada best practices.
• Execute system tests using provided or generated test data.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for handled issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks, meet deadlines and report progress to the AMO Team Manager.
• Maintain internal and external communication channels and ensure confidentiality of information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French; English or Italian a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity and fast learning of new technologies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a strong client focus and accountability.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, discretion with confidential data.
